ubuntu-tweak 0.8.6

Ubuntu tweak is a configuration application that's been added to the Centrych release repository, but it's not installed by default yet.

The primary reason for adding it was that it has a janitor tool that makes it easy to remove older kernels.  This is one of those YMMV types of apps since it still has some issues, as well as functionality mismatches because of Centyrch being based on Xfce, not Unity.

Would appreciate some feedback on this tool, is it worth adapting for our needs, or do you know of something better to use?
